Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on FounderVerdict (https://founderverdict.in/), operated by Aivorn Technology & Consulting. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Service Types and Refund Eligibility

2.1 One-Time Validation Reports

Eligible: Technical failure preventing report generation or incomplete analysis due to system error.

Not Eligible: After report has been successfully delivered, or dissatisfaction with validation results.

Refund Window: Within 24 hours of purchase, ONLY if service was not delivered due to technical issues.

2.2 Subscription Plans

Eligible: Within 7 days of initial subscription purchase (first-time subscribers) or technical issues preventing access.

Not Eligible: After 7-day period, renewed subscriptions, or partial month refunds.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

• Completed validation reports successfully delivered.
• Duplicate purchases or user errors in product selection.
• Subjective dissatisfaction with results or recommendations.
• Account violations (Terms of Service).
• Third-party fees (payment gateway fees, currency conversion).

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email hello@aivorntech.com with your Transaction ID, date of purchase, and description of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours and provide a final decision within 7 business days.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Estimated timelines after approval:

• UPI/Cards: 5-7 business days
• Net Banking: 7-10 business days
• Wallets: 3-5 business days
• International Cards: 10-14 business days

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 One-Time Purchases

Cancellation is not available after service delivery.

6.2 Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel via your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further renewals will occur.
