FounderVerdict provides AI-powered startup idea validation services that analyze your business concept against real-world data from over 115,000 applications. Our Services include:

• Idea validation analysis and scoring
• Percentile ranking against market data
• Actionable recommendations (build, pivot, or kill)
• Access to validation reports and insights
• Premium features (where applicable)

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age to form a binding contract
• You have the authority to enter into these Terms
• Your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation

4. User Account and Registration

4.1 Account Creation

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions. We do not store your complete payment card information.

5.3 Billing

• One-time payments: Charged immediately upon purchase
• Subscription plans (if applicable): Billed on the selected billing cycle
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

5.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may:

• Retry the payment
• Terminate your subscription

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIVORN TECHNOLOGY & CONSULTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aivorn Technology & Consulting from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
